Bahareh Shahin

Shahin is an artist of Iranian origin, based in Barcelona, who arrived in Spain four years ago. She has a degree in graphic design and a master’s degree in artistic research from the Azad University of Art and Architecture in Tehran. For 14 years Shahin has worked as a visual arts teacher in several schools in Tehran and for three years, she taught art at the university.
She has held several exhibitions of painting, photography and contemporary art. She has also worked as a photographer, video artist, painter and graphic designer, both for industry, media, social media and portraiture.
Currently her art is focused on researching Iranian motifs and some photography projects. She believes that only through art you can show your inner feelings. And only art is unlimited and free.
