Elias Abraham – Tamdrum (Sabadell, 1984)
Elias Abraham has always liked percussion. That is why, when he had the opportunity, 10 years ago, he decided to make his own version of a Hang, a musical instrument invented by Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer in Switzerland, inspired by the Carribean steeldrums, which at that time cost more than 2000 €.
He manufactures and sells TAMdrum instruments (as he has named them), he makes recycling old gas bottles that he collects from scrap yards.
