Inspired by myths, worldly folklore and the complex simplicity of the human mind, the work of Mateus Bailon explores narratives. It seeks to recall the connection between the human being and nature attempting to understand the mysterious part of people’s personal universes. Bailon has participated in different and exciting projects around the world such as The White Canvas Project in London and Propa Stuff. Bailon’s art can be seen in many cities like Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Paris and London with group shows at the Insider Gallery and Curious Duke Gallery.
